Where is my product manufactured?
Your product is made by our manufacturing partners: three GMP- and ISO-certified facilities, two in Malaysia and one in China, all running the same formulas to the same standard. You choose the origin that best fits your market, cost and compliance needs.
Is the China-made product the same quality as Malaysia?
Yes. Identical formula, identical specification, the same GMP and ISO quality system across every site. The only thing that changes is where it is made — not what you get.
How does manufacturing in Malaysia help with tariffs?
Producing in Malaysia gives your goods a Malaysia country-of-origin, which can keep your supply chain clear of escalating US–China trade tariffs. As that tension hardens, a single China-only manufacturer is a risk — a second origin already online is a hedge.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We're flexible and startup-friendly — depending on format you can start with as few as 100 boxes, and loose-sachet runs start around 10,000 sticks. Tell us your product for an exact figure; reorders carry the same MOQ.
Can I OEM/ODM as an individual seller or online-only brand?
Yes. Individual sellers, traders and corporations are all welcome. If you have the idea, we handle the R&D and produce a compliant, market-ready product.
I don't have a formula. Can you create one?
Yes. We propose a formula built around your requirement, target market and budget — no existing recipe needed.
How much does developing a product cost?
Sampling is free — we take a small refundable per-SKU deposit that's credited straight back against your order, which keeps development focused on serious briefs. You also get a written estimate for design, formulation and production up front; registration and legalization are quoted per market.
How long does development take?
Around 2–3 months, to properly verify product stability and packaging compatibility. In a hurry? We can propose a suitable ready formula to move faster. Trial products typically take 2–3 weeks.
Do you handle regulatory registration and export?
Yes. For the Ghanaian home market we handle FDA Ghana product registration. For Malaysia-made products we manage NPRA registration and your Certificate of Free Sale (CFS) — mandatory to sell locally and to export — plus export documentation, forwarding and customs clearance.
Can you register my product in other countries?
Yes. We legalize in 24 countries, in compliance with each market's local health authority or FDA — and can support company setup, customs clearing and ongoing renewals as you expand.
Can I integrate with your systems for large orders?
Yes. High-volume partners can plug directly into our order-management system for real-time visibility into orders, inventory, partner-plant batch status and production scheduling — managing their supply as an extension of their own operation.
