By using pegasusconsults.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update this page from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Separate terms cover other things: how we handle the information you send us is set out in our privacy policy, and the terms of an actual project are set out in the quotation, proforma invoice and agreement for that project.

Everything on this website — service descriptions, product categories, process explanations, market pages and guides — is published for information. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quotation or a commitment to supply. No contract comes into existence because you read a page, complete a form or exchange messages with us.

A commitment only exists once it is confirmed in writing by Pegasus Elevation for a specific project — typically a written quotation or proforma invoice accepted by you, or a signed agreement. Where anything on this site differs from that written document, the written document governs.

The guides on this site are general background, not professional, legal or regulatory advice for your particular product or market.

Any figures you see here — minimum order quantities, unit prices, timelines, capsule counts, pack sizes, formats or specifications — are indicative. They describe what is typically possible, so that you can judge whether a project is worth discussing.

The real numbers for your project depend on the formula, the ingredients and their availability, the dosage form, the packaging, the volume, the destination market and the exchange rate at the time. They are confirmed project by project in a written quotation, and a quotation is valid only for the period and the assumptions stated in it.

Product images, packaging visuals, mock-ups and sample artwork on this site illustrate what can be produced. They are not a representation that a specific product, finish, material or component is currently available to you.

Pegasus Elevation runs projects — formulation, branding, regulatory work, project management and market entry. Manufacturing is carried out by independent certified partner facilities, principally in Malaysia and China.

Where this site refers to GMP, ISO, Halal or any other certification, that certification is held by the partner facility concerned, not by Pegasus Elevation. The scope and validity of a certificate are matters for the facility and its certifying body, and can change. For a specific project we will tell you which facility is proposed and what it is certified for, and certificates can be provided on request.

We prepare and manage product registration dossiers, and we tell you honestly what to expect. But a registration, licence, approval or import permit is granted by a regulator, on the regulator's own criteria and in the regulator's own time.

We do not warrant that any registration will be granted, or that it will be granted within any particular period. Timelines quoted anywhere on this site or in correspondence are estimates based on experience, not guarantees. Rules, fees and processing times change without notice, and a regulator may request further information or reject an application.

Ours

The content of this website — text, layout, design, graphics, photography, illustrations, the Pegasus Elevation name and logo, and the guides — belongs to Pegasus Elevation or is used with permission. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not republish, resell or reproduce it commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

Yours

Your brand, your trade marks, your artwork and any formula developed for you under an agreement with us remain yours. Working with us does not transfer them to us. Material you send us about a product idea is treated as confidential in the way described in our privacy policy, and is covered by a mutual NDA from your first message.

By sending us a brief, artwork or a formula, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Please use this site lawfully and sensibly. In particular, do not:

• use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
• submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its forms or any connected system, or interfere with its operation;
• scrape, harvest or copy the site systematically, or use automated means to flood our forms;
• introduce malicious code of any kind.

We may decline to respond to, or block, any submission or user that breaches this section.

This site links to third-party websites — regulators, certifying bodies, WhatsApp and others — because they are useful. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Read their terms before relying on them.

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every detail is current, or that it is suitable for any particular purpose of yours. Content may be changed, corrected or removed at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, Pegasus Elevation is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it — including lost profits, lost business, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss.

Liability for an actual project is a separate matter, and is governed by the written quotation or agreement for that project.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. Where a project agreement specifies a different law or forum, that agreement governs the project.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
