Pegasus Elevation is the data controller for information collected through this website. We are a business registered in Ghana under Business Name BN499050623, TIN P0001150960, with our office at 171 La-Bawaleshi Road, East Legon, Accra, Ghana.

Only what you type in and send. There are exactly three places on this site where you can submit information:

The enquiry form on the contact page and the enquiry form on the home page

These collect your name, your company (optional), your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number, the product type you select, and the free-text message you write about your idea.

The talent-pool form on the careers page

This collects your name, an email address or WhatsApp number, the area of work you are interested in, and whatever you choose to tell us about yourself — including any portfolio or LinkedIn link you include.

Nothing else is collected by the site itself. There are no accounts to create, no profiles built, and we do not buy or enrich contact data from third parties. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead of using a form, we hold whatever you send in that message.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), an independent form-to-email service. Web3Forms receives the contents of your submission and processes it for one purpose only: to deliver it to our inbox. It is not used to build a marketing list on our behalf.

If you message us on WhatsApp — through the button on this site or by saving our number — that conversation is carried and stored by WhatsApp and Meta under their own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. We hold our side of the conversation the same way we would hold an email.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used, and it sets analytics cookies. We do not currently run advertising or remarketing cookies, and no advertising profile is built from your visit.

Where analytics and advertising measurement are enabled

We are preparing to add measurement tools to this site. Where Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it records how the site is used — pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and which link or search brought you here — so that we can see which pages are useful. Where Google Ads conversion tracking is enabled, it records that an enquiry followed a click on one of our adverts, so that we can tell which advertising is worth paying for.

Where enabled, both tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and share the resulting data with Google, which processes it under its own terms. You can read Google's privacy policy and its explanation of how it uses data from sites that use its services. You can refuse these cookies through your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Neither tool is used to identify you personally, and neither has access to the contents of an enquiry form. If and when these tools go live, this section and the date at the top of the page will be updated to say so.

We use what you send us in order to:

• reply to your enquiry and answer your questions;
• prepare a quotation, a sample, a specification or a project proposal for you, and to run the project if you go ahead;
• consider you for a role or keep you in our talent pool, if you wrote to us through the careers page.

The basis for this is straightforward: you asked us to. Sending an enquiry is a request for a response, and we have a legitimate interest in responding to it and in keeping a record of our business correspondence. We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.

Web3Forms sees your submission in the course of delivering it to us, as described above.

Where you have asked for a quotation, a sample or production, we share the details needed to price or produce it — typically the product type, the specification and the quantities — with the independent certified partner manufacturing facilities that would do the work. We share only what is needed for that purpose, and no more.

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise release your information to anyone else. The only other circumstance in which we would disclose it is where the law or a competent authority requires it.

A mutual NDA is in place from your first message. Whatever you tell us about a formula, a concept, a brand or a market plan is treated as confidential, is shared internally and with a partner facility only where that is necessary to quote or produce it, and is never used to build a competing product. This applies whether or not the enquiry turns into an order.

Only as long as it is needed. An enquiry that goes nowhere is kept for as long as it is reasonable to expect the conversation might resume, and no longer. An enquiry that becomes a project is kept for the life of the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards, because we need the correspondence, specifications and order records that go with it.

Careers submissions stay in the talent pool until you ask us to remove them or until they are clearly no longer relevant. If you ask us to delete your information at any point, we will, except where we are legally required to retain a record.

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. Enquiries land in a business mailbox and access is limited to the people who need it to do their work. That said, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we would not claim otherwise — please do not send anything through a web form that you would not be willing to send by email.

You can ask us to:

• show you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete it;
• stop using it — you may object to our continuing to process it.

Email hello@pegasusconsults.com and say what you would like done. There is no charge and we will deal with it promptly. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand someone else's details to the wrong person.

Our handling of personal data is governed by Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and you may also raise a concern with Ghana's Data Protection Commission. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may in addition have rights under the GDPR — including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

If what we do with your information changes — most likely when the measurement tools described in section 4 are switched on — we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no archive of previous versions; the page you are reading is the current policy.
